Nurture Eco-Daycare

Nurture Eco Daycare provides quality private, home based child care focusing on the whole child. Our goal is to create a safe, non toxic fun learning environment for children, while enjoying the outdoors and learning about the importance of nature in our daily lives.

Our student led and play based curriculum borrows from several philosophies; Jane Goodall’s Roots and Shoots program, the German Kinderworld theory, and Nurture’s personal self developed approach to stimulus based early learning. We will uncover the child’s natural abilities, and talents while monitoring their development in daily free play. By knowing how each individual learns, they can be better taught, and in a method they fully enjoy.

There is an emphasis on animals, our world, and how we all contribute to our community. This focus takes place while striving to encourage age appropriate developmental skills in an exceptionally fun atmosphere. Children at Nurture will be encouraged, supported emotionally, and praised throughout their day. This consistent reassurance fosters true independence, and self confidence.
